Sleepy Hollow, New York 10591
If you need to schedule a payment plan you make speak to Lisa Raguso, Office Manager.
Costume and Performance fees are due throughout the semester. Plenty of notice will be given for these fees. No child will be allowed to perform if tuition is not paid or if performance/costume fees are not paid.

Sleepy Hollow Performing Artists tries to remain sensitive to all of our families’ schedules and needs. We do hope that parents and students understand that consistent training and attendance at rehearsal is necessary for your child to progress and for the group to remain cohesive. We reserve the right to cast based on attendance. Our staff must be notified by email if absences should occur. Be aware that unless an emergency occurs notification the day of rehearsal is not sufficient.
Please be aware that additional rehearsals may be required.
Classes that do not meet the minimum requirements will be cancelled or combined with another appropriate class. All efforts will be made to find students a comparable class whenever possible. If we are unable to do this, a prorated tuition refund will be offered.
There is no tuition adjustment made for missed lessons, including classes missed or cancelled due to inclement weather. Make up classes are available for no extra charge. Children may make up classes from our usual schedule if the class is consistent with their age and ability. Classes missed must be made up in the same term; please ask your instructor for more information. We are unable to offer tuition refunds after the third lesson of each term. If it becomes necessary for a student to drop a class, a tuition credit will be issued for the remaining tuition amount. Tuition credits are for dance tuition only and may not be issued for performance fees or costumes. Tuition credits will be honored for one year from the date of issue.
If for some reason a majority of students will not be attending class, we reserve the right to cancel class and reschedule at a later date.
All returned checks would incur a $30.00 NSF check fee.
